"Rodas" is a fully renovated 3-room apartment of 55 m2, located on the 5th floor and designed to accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. The living and dining area is equipped with a sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility for guests. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both bedrooms are fitted with a fan to ensure comfort. The bathroom features a shower and WC. The apartment also includes an open kitchen equipped with an oven, a 3-plate ceramic glass hob, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, and a boiler with a 50-litre capacity.
