A direct exit from the living area leads to a generous balcony of 18 m2, furnished with outdoor balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
