The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a corner bath, and a flat screen television. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm width and 200 cm in length, a private shower, and a flat screen television. The third bedroom offers 2 sleeping facilities, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a private shower. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The upper floor additionally features a dedicated relaxation area with views of the sea.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
