This vacation rental is a beautifully furnished 3-room apartment spanning 53 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 4th floor, and comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the lower and upper floors. On the lower level, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm, while the second bedroom is a children's room furnished with 2 beds of 90 cm each. Both bedrooms benefit from their own air conditioning units. The lower floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC, as well as access to a loggia. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the living and dining room is located, complete with a flat screen television and air conditioning. This level opens onto a south-west facing terrace of 35 m2, offering stunning sea views, in addition to a covered balcony and a further south-west facing terrace of 15 m2. The open kitchen on the upper floor is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space. Terrace furniture is provided for your outdoor enjoyment.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
