On the lower level, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm, while the second bedroom is a children's room furnished with 2 beds of 90 cm each. Both bedrooms benefit from their own air conditioning units. The lower floor also includes a bathroom and a separate WC, as well as access to a loggia. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where the living and dining room is located, complete with a flat screen television and air conditioning. This level opens onto a south-west facing terrace of 35 m2, offering stunning sea views, in addition to a covered balcony and a further south-west facing terrace of 15 m2.
