You will be staying in a comfortable 1-room studio apartment that spans 28 square meters and is located on the first floor with a south-facing position. The living/dining area features a sofa bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a fan for your comfort. You can access the large 11 square meter south-facing terrace directly from the living/dining area, which offers partial views of the sea and is equipped with outdoor furniture.

The studio apartment is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a pleasant vacation experience. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
