The open-plan living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, bathed in natural light through a panoramic window that frames breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. A dining table and a flat-screen television complete this inviting communal space, which also provides direct access to the furnished balcony, where guests can fully appreciate the spectacular scenery.

The sleeping quarters are distributed across 3 distinct bedrooms. The first is a large bedroom fitted with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the balcony. The second is a smaller children's room, equally equipped with 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The third is a double bedroom featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The 2 bathrooms serve the apartment, one comprising a bath and WC, and the other a shower and WC. Please be aware that the bathroom with the shower is notably compact in size.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
