Agriturismo La Pieve is a nice property having a total of three private units that is conveniently located 8 km (5 mi) from Colle Di Val D’elsa, Italy in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings" and only 17 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. Agriturismo La Pieve, among other amenities, includes also air conditioning, pool and WiFi internet.
Suite Del Duca (100sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on two levels and can sleep up to two people. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
