The apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and is furnished in a simple and practical style. The main living area includes 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it a versatile space for both relaxing and sleeping. A direct exit leads to a small east-facing terrace of 5 m2, equipped with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom is configured as a shower and WC combination.
