This bedroom also provides its own exit to a south-west facing balcony, offering a private outdoor retreat. The bathroom is configured as a combined bath and WC, providing all essential facilities within a compact and well-organised space.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
