A bathroom and a separate WC complete the ground floor facilities. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms: 1 large room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 large room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
