This is a wonderful property in the countryside and the house is from 1890. It was partly renovated in 2016/2017. Relax in this rural environment close to the sea. Experience a true farm holiday on the southern tip of Norway!


On ground floor there is a lovely living room with visible beams, kitchen, large bedroom and hallway with stairs to the first floor. The first floor consists of two large bedrooms, hallway and bathroom. There are also extra mattresses to put on the floor (no pillows or duvets are provided for these mattresses).


The property has a secluded location and the house has a good size but is sheltered from vision. You can go swimming in a lake only 30 metres behind the house, or in the sea 350 metres from the house. Here you will also find kayaks for rent that you can use on the sea or on the lake if you carry it. The plot has a large lawn, bushes and trees and plenty of space for playing ball games. From Ramsjord you can get to Lyngdal within 15 minutes by car. Here you find an aqua park. Mandal is 30 minutes away by car, so is Lindesnes with its lighthouse museum.


You can rent a boat in Korshamn 5 km away. The boats can not be booked
in advance and must be booked on spot from 3rd party, where you will
also receive the prices. Leave the boat in Korshamn or use a dock closer
to the house (free of charge). Find contact information in the
