"La Coupe de Cristal" is a 3-room vacation rental apartment of 32 m2 spread across 2 levels, situated on the 3rd floor, and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The ground level of the apartment features a bright living and dining room that opens onto a west-facing balcony of 6 m2, offering a very beautiful view of the mountains. A kitchenette is also located on this level, alongside a separate WC. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, houses the 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a charming alpine character. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second smaller bedroom contains 2 pull-out beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The single bathroom on this floor is equipped with a bath, shower, and WC, serving as the 1 bathroom for the entire apartment.

The apartment is well equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchenette is furnished with a dishwasher, 2 hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for meal preparation. A washing machine is available on the premises, making it easy to manage laundry during longer stays. The living and dining area features a flat screen television for your entertainment. Electric heating is installed throughout the apartment to keep the space warm and comfortable. The west-facing balcony of 6 m2 is furnished with balcony furniture, allowing you to relax outdoors while enjoying the panoramic mountain views. Internet access via WiFi is also available, offered as an extra service.

The apartment is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of the CGI. Parking for 1 car is available. Please be aware that the television reception is available in French only. The property is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety. There is no lift access to the apartment, and guests should note that the staircase leading to the upper floor is steep. The WiFi internet connection is available at an additional cost.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
