"Victoria 1 C1" is a thoughtfully designed 2-room vacation rental apartment of 55 m2, situated on the first floor with a north-west facing orientation. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 1 bedroom alongside an open-plan sleeping area. The dedicated bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, offering a comfortable and private resting space. In addition to the enclosed bedroom, the apartment includes an open-plan sleeping area furnished with 2 bunk beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible accommodation for additional guests. Please be aware that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove. The apartment comprises 1 bathroom with WC. An entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival, leading into a well-appointed living and dining room that opens onto a balcony with a north and west facing position. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and connects seamlessly to the rest of the apartment. The balcony, accessible from both the living and dining area, is furnished with outdoor furniture and offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the ski run. The apartment is also adjoining to the Victoria B1 apartment, and both units can be reached directly via their 2 balconies, making it possible to rent them together.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
