The one-storey house was fully renovated in 2009. It is tastefully decorated and has a large, furnished terrace, and a beautiful garden with swings and plenty of space for the children to play. Theres also a conservatory.


The house has an open-plan entrance hall, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen is equipped with the basic kitchen appliances and the living room has a lovely dining area, a sofa suite and a TV with 30 channels. The living room opens onto the lovely conservatory. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed for 2-3 people. The bathroom is tiled and features aWC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine.


There are several excellent bathing spots and beaches in the area. The closest one features a bathing dock and a bathing ladder. The water here is excellent for fishing, especially for trout. The closest town is Varekil, 9 kilometres away. Varekil has a grocery store and a few restaurants. The big city of Göteborg is only 65 kilometres away!
