A large open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this level, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the main floor. The lower ground floor accommodates all 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is a large room featuring 1 French bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, a private bathroom, and cable TV, with direct access to a balcony. The second bedroom is equally spacious and is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, also with access to a balcony. The third bedroom offers 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm x 200 cm. Two shower rooms with WC serve the remaining bedrooms on this floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
