Property Description
Trullo Oak is a prestigious Trullo with heating and air conditioning in Martina Franca (Ta), in an elevated position in the fairytale Valley of the Trulli a few kilometers from Alberobello, Ostuni and Locorotondo.
The Villa for rent consists of the main body "Il Trullo" with a kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the second body, "La Lamia" where there is the master suite with kitchen and living room, bedroom and attached private bathroom.
Outdoor
Outside the Trullo for rent there is a large garden with outdoor kitchen (wood oven and dishwasher), BOSE piped music system and the organic vegetable garden with two fresh verandahs.
As soon as you arrive you can admire the splendid landscape, centuries-old olive trees all around the property and trulli scattered throughout the verdant valley. A landscape to take your breath away, a peace where you can enjoy your summer holidays in complete relaxation, in search of the beauties that this wonderful land can offer.
Trullo Oak consists of a very large outdoor area with a spectacular swimming pool, by the pool there are sunbeds where you can lie down to sunbathe and right next to it a splendid pergola / veranda where you can will be able to repair during the hottest hours and maybe sip a glass of wine while contemplating the sunset or have dinner after having prepared a delicious barbecue thanks to the presence of an external BBQ with a support surface where you can delight in the preparation. In addition to this area, there is another outdoor area equipped with table and chairs, from which you have a splendid view of the valley and where it will be wonderful to have breakfast at dawn.
Interior Description
Trullo Oak consists of two very bright double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with windows that allow a view of the surrounding countryside, but what makes them unique are the vaults with exposed stone that give a characteristic, unique and special touch to these environments. There are 5 bathrooms in all, one of which is outside near the pool; the bathrooms consist of WC, bidet, sink and shower.
All the rooms of the house have been furnished with colors that are sometimes soft and sometimes darker to create magical atmospheres and to remember once back from holidays ... surely this holiday experience in the trulli will be a wonderful memory in the mind of the traveler.

- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** one a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
Please note the following information:
All travelers are subject to a 6% agency fee, which includes the Allianz Travel Easy policy. This policy covers cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost or damaged baggage. Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.

The balance is due 45 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
