This beautifully renovated vacation rental is a 4-room chalet spanning 110 m2 across 2 levels, offering a south-facing position that floods the interior with natural light throughout the day. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups seeking comfort in a mountain setting. The chalet was fully renovated in 2014 and is appointed with cosy, characterful furnishings that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove that adds both charm and warmth to the space. From this level, there is direct access to the patio, which benefits from both a south-facing and west-facing orientation. The open-plan kitchen measures 8 m2 and is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor, and underfloor heating ensures a consistently comfortable temperature throughout. Natural stone floors and parquet flooring add a refined, alpine character to the interior.

The upper floor hosts all 3 bedrooms. 2 of the rooms each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third room is also furnished with 2 single beds of the same dimensions, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. A full bathroom with bath and WC serves the upper floor, which also benefits from underfloor heating and direct access to a balcony with a south-facing orientation. From the upper level, guests are treated to a marvellous view of the mountains and the iconic Eiger.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
