The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC, ensuring comfort and practicality for the entire group. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is outfitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making it well suited for preparing meals during your stay.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
