The large living and dining room is generously furnished and includes a heating stove, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. From this space, you have direct access to a south-facing balcony where you can enjoy the stunning surrounding scenery.
The first bedroom is equipped with 1 bunk bed (80 cm x 190 cm) and 1 French bed (140 cm x 190 cm), served by a private shower and WC. The second bedroom features 1 double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm x 190 cm), also with its own shower and WC. A walk-through room offers 1 double sofabed (140 cm x 190 cm) and access to a shower. The large fourth bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and benefits from a private bathroom with a WC and a hydromassage bath. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, provides access to a south-facing rooftop terrace with exceptional panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that capsules for the Tassimo coffee machine are available at an extra charge. For your laundry needs, a washing machine is provided within the apartment.
The living and dining area is fitted with a television and a DVD player, along with a DVD collection available for your use, ensuring a complete in-home entertainment experience. The apartment also benefits from heat availability through the heating stove located in the living area, as well as a Jacuzzi bathtub in the form of the hydromassage bath found in the fourth bedroom's private bathroom. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
