Reserving all the units listed does not necessarily grant the exclusive usage of some outdoor areas/facilities, which might be to share with the renters of the twin villa Decimo Mariano, also available on our pages.

The Experience
After arriving you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a tennis court, patio and playground. This holiday rental is a multi-unit property which is perfect for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that prefer to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, like the pool or garden, with the group. Each apartment is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.

Only 600 meters from the villa (reachable on foot) you can find the restaurant of the estate, offering delicious meals made with handmade pasta and organic products from the surrounding areas, all prepared with great care.
On the same premises of the restaurant, there is the twin property Charming Estate Decimo Mariano (also part of our offer) - so a very large group can consider renting this property, in case additional sleeps are needed.

The Estate offers many additional services, such as guided tours, horseback riding, bike rental and much more! The surrounding park has a play-ground for children with a wooden house, table tennis and much more (parental supervision is required)
