The property features 1 well-organized living space that serves as both a living and dining area, furnished with 1 double fold-away bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. An entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival, leading naturally into the main living area. The studio includes 1 bathroom configured as a shower and WC. A balcony accessible directly from the living area faces north, offering a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley, and is equipped with balcony furniture for your outdoor enjoyment.

Amenities Included

The studio is thoughtfully equipped with a kitchenette featuring 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Dolce Gusto capsules, which are available as an extra. A raclette grill is also provided for your convenience. Heating is available throughout the property, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
