Also on this floor, the fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining table and connects seamlessly to the rest of the living space. A bath with WC completes the main floor. On the lower ground floor, you will find an additional living area with a dining nook, a bar, and a radio, alongside 1 double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the latter also featuring a hand-basin. A separate WC serves this floor. On the main level, 2 additional rooms each offer 2 single beds of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both with access to the balcony.
