Also on this floor, the fully equipped kitchen includes a small dining table and connects seamlessly to the rest of the living space. A bath with WC completes the main floor. On the lower ground floor, you will find an additional living area with a dining nook, a bar, and a radio, alongside 1 double bedroom furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. The upper floor hosts 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the latter also featuring a hand-basin. A separate WC serves this floor. On the main level, 2 additional rooms each offer 2 single beds of 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both with access to the balcony. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
