On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 32 m2 provides a welcoming communal space with direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to it, an open kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable self-catering. A separate WC is also available on this level. The first bedroom on the ground floor features 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and direct access to both the terrace and the swimming pool. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each offer the same double bed configuration of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and individual air conditioning units. One of the upper floor bedrooms also benefits from direct access to the balcony of 8 m2.
