On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 2 bedrooms and 1 additional open-plan sleeping area. The first bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom also features 1 French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 190 cm, and provides access to a private balcony. A gallery area serves as an additional sleeping space and is furnished with 1 bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan setting rather than an enclosed bedroom. The upper floor is served by 1 shower room with WC.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
