On the lower ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a further 1 double bedroom, as well as the property's 1 bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, WC, and a double hand-basin. Throughout the chalet, warm wooden floors and tasteful furnishings with wooden accents create an inviting and refined atmosphere.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
