- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

appartement très confortable ...salon panoramique très appréciable offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur le port. Immeuble calme et accueillant.parking facile d'accès.
Nous étions deux couples de personnes agées ,la cohabitation est très facile du fait de la répartition des chambres et des commodités.
petite appréciation plus réservée :la 2e douche est un peu exigue.

Nous aurions toutefois aimé que la remise des clés se fasse dans l'appartement plutôt qu'à l'agence.

We were two elderly couples, the cohabitation is very easy because of the distribution of rooms and amenities.
just a small thing: the 2nd shower is a little cramped.

We would have liked to have the keys delivered to the apartment rather than to go to the agency.
