The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and comes equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC. The outdoor space is generous, comprising a 25 m2 terrace with terrace furniture and a 130 m2 lawn, all benefiting from a partial view of the sea.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett , besser geht nicht . Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so das mein Hund immer frei laufen konnte . Würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen .
