This charming 2-room vacation rental spans 48 m2 and is situated on the ground floor in a south-facing position, welcoming an abundance of natural light throughout the day. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 guests and features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, offering an intimate and comfortable setting ideal for a couple or solo traveller seeking a relaxing retreat. The spacious living and dining room measures 18 m2 and opens directly onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. The 1 bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering stays. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, bidet, and WC. Outdoors, guests have exclusive use of a 25 m2 terrace complete with terrace furniture, as well as a 130 m2 lawn area, both of which offer a partial view of the sea.

- 100% of the rental price if the cancellation is made between 65 days and the arrival day or in case of no-show.

Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett , besser geht nicht . Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so das mein Hund immer frei laufen konnte . Würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen .
