The living and dining area is bright and thoughtfully furnished, featuring a double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace through a dedicated exit. Electric shutters add both comfort and practicality to this space. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed composed of 2 sections of 80 cm each and 190 cm in length, and also benefits from electric shutters and a private exit to the terrace. The second bedroom is a children's room furnished with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is fitted with a fan and electric shutters. The bathroom is accompanied by a separate WC. The apartment also features a large south-facing terrace of 20 m2, complete with terrace furniture and a very beautiful view of the sea.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The small kitchen is outfitted with a range of appliances including an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
