The apartment features a welcoming living and dining room equipped with 2 cabinet beds measuring 90x200 cm each, a television, and a radio, creating a cosy and functional living space. A small separate kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher and a filter coffee machine, ensuring all the comforts of home during your stay. The bathroom includes a bathtub and WC, and the apartment benefits from seamless connectivity throughout your stay thanks to included WiFi. Heating, electricity, and water are all covered within the rental, along with bathroom and kitchen towels and an initial supply of bed linen, making your arrival as effortless as possible. A baby cot measuring 60x120 cm, complete with bed linen, as well as a highchair, are available for families travelling with young children.

The apartment operates on a self-catering basis, and guests are kindly requested to carry out a basic cleaning prior to departure, as the final cleaning service is arranged independently by the owner. A deposit of CHF/EUR 300.00 is required upon arrival and must be paid directly in cash to the keyholder. Telephone calls are not included and are to be settled directly with the keyholder. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on request for an additional charge, operated via a coin-operated machine. Please be aware that pets are not permitted at this property. Visitor's tax is included in the rental price.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
