The apartment benefits from a seamless WiFi connection, keeping you effortlessly connected throughout your stay. The living and sleeping area features a dining table, a television, and 2 wall cupboards, while 2 single beds measuring 90x200 cm are discreetly positioned behind a curtain. A separate bedroom accommodates 2 additional single beds measuring 90x190 cm alongside a small table and a compact walk-in cupboard. The newly renovated closed kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, featuring an induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, steamer, refrigerator with freezer, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, as well as a fondue-raclette set. A shower and WC complete the interior layout. For families travelling with an infant, a baby cot measuring 70x120 cm, including bed linen, is available upon request.

Other Information
The property is accessed via a narrow but fully asphalted road leading from the main street. During the winter months, the use of snow chains or a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended to ensure safe access. Reserved parking is available directly behind the building for your convenience. A shared laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer is accessible to all residents of the building, with usage available at an additional charge per wash. Pets are not permitted at this property. The following services and supplies are included in the rental price: electricity, heating, WiFi, the baby cot with bed linen, capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen and bathroom towels, an initial supply of bed linen, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
