The jetty is situated within a sheltered, river-like cove, from which a short trip by boat brings you out to the open bay of Lake Päijänne, offering exceptional opportunities for boating and exploring the surrounding waterways. A portable charcoal BBQ grill is available on the property for outdoor cooking, and guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
