The basement level houses a washroom, a dressing room, a traditional Finnish sauna, and an entrance hall. Guests benefit from Internet Wifi throughout the property, ensuring connectivity during their stay. Heating is provided by an air source heat pump, offering efficient and comfortable warmth throughout the seasons.

The property enjoys a privileged natural setting directly on the shores of Lake Tarvaslampi, situated just 10 metres from the water's edge. The lake stretches approximately 2 kilometres in length and 500 metres in width, featuring a deep body of water with a hard sandy bottom, ideal for swimming and water activities. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
