Both bedrooms are equipped with a television, and the villa benefits from Canal Digital and Viasat satellite channels throughout. A separate sauna building is also available on the property, complete with a television, a convertible sofa bed for 2 persons, a wood-burning sauna, and a washroom, offering a warm and cosy retreat suitable even during the winter months. Starting from 10.7.2016, satellite channels became available in the sauna building's living room as well. Wireless internet access via WiFi is provided throughout the property, ensuring guests remain connected during their stay.

Situated just 40 metres from the shores of Lake Painionjärvi, a lake stretching 18 kilometres in length and 2 to 3 kilometres in width with a shallow, hard moraine bottom, the villa offers direct access to the water via a private jetty, along with a rowing boat for guests to explore the lake at their leisure. Large terrace areas extend from the main villa, providing generous space for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining. On the shore, a roofed grill area invites guests to enjoy traditional outdoor cooking in a sheltered setting. The sauna building's terrace is home to a wood-heated hot tub, available for use between May and October, which can be rented separately directly from the owner.

The wood-heated hot tub available on the sauna building's terrace may be rented separately by contacting the cottage owner directly via email, text message, or phone to obtain the account number. Payment for the hot tub rental must be made no later than on the arrival day directly to the owner's account. For weekend stays, the hot tub rental payment must be settled no later than 3 days prior to the start of the holiday. The separate sauna building is designed to remain warm even during winter months, making it a comfortable additional accommodation space throughout the year.
