The apartment includes an open porch where guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding natural scenery of the Tahko resort area. The outdoor space offers a pleasant setting to unwind after a day of activities. Please note that bringing a hot tub into the apartment yard is strictly forbidden.

Pets are welcome at the property for an additional fee. Guests travelling with a pet are kindly asked to add the additional service "Pet fee" to their booking at the time of reservation. Final cleaning is included in the price of the stay, ensuring a hassle-free departure for all guests.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
