A private boat is available for guests to use, inviting leisurely excursions across the lake or quiet fishing sessions in the calm waters. For outdoor dining and cooking, a portable charcoal BBQ grill is provided, allowing guests to enjoy al fresco meals in the fresh Finnish air. Please note that guests are kindly asked to bring their own charcoal for use with the grill.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
