The outdoor spaces of this lakeside property are a true highlight, offering direct access to lake Kotajärvi, situated just 45 metres from the cottage. The lake extends 4.3 km in length and reaches a width of 600 m, featuring shallow waters with a sandy bottom, ideal for relaxed swimming and waterside leisure. Please be aware that the water level may vary due to regulation. A private pier is available for your use, along with the property's own boat, inviting you to explore the lake at your own pace. The open porch provides a pleasant outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy the surrounding natural landscape. A separate lakeside sauna building is also located on the grounds, complete with a porch, a steam room, and a dressing room equipped with an iron stove, offering a quintessential Finnish outdoor sauna experience.

Other Information

The lakeside sauna building is equipped with electric light, a wood-burning stove, and a water heater tank, ensuring a traditional and fully functional sauna session. Please note that water for the sauna must be carried either from the lake or from the main cottage, which is located approximately 40 metres away. The property welcomes guests travelling with dogs, with a dedicated dog yard and doghouse available on site.
