Other Information

The visitor's tax is charged separately and is payable on site directly to the landlord. Guests aged 16 years and above are subject to a rate of CHF 4.50 per night, while children under 12 years of age are exempt from this tax. Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the office, subject to a deposit. Cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant holds the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the rental agreement under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the full rental amount. The date on which the landlord or the booking office receives the cancellation notification is considered the decisive date for determining the applicable cancellation terms. For notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the following working day shall apply. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full. The Bestzeit Holiday Apartment is located in the same building as the Holiday Apartment Hutter.
