The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site directly to the landlord. For guests aged 16 years and above, the rate is CHF 4.50 per night, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. Bed linen charges include towels and kitchen linen. A cot and high chair are available upon request from the office against a deposit. Regarding the cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained for any cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and financially solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The decisive date for determining entitlement to the cancellation fee is the date on which the landlord or the booking office receives the cancellation notification. For notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the following working day shall apply. In the event of a premature termination of the rental period, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
