Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the rental contract under the existing conditions, and both the original tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive in determining the applicable cancellation terms, with the next working day applying for notifications received on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. In the event of premature termination of the rental agreement, the entire rental fee shall remain owed in full.
