The property features 3.5 rooms, including a luminous open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms each furnished with a double bed measuring 180x200 cm, and 1 bathroom complete with shower, toilet, washing machine, and tumble dryer. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as a fondue set, making it ideal for both everyday living and convivial alpine evenings. A baby cot for children up to 2 years old, including bed linen, and a high chair are available upon request. The apartment benefits from WiFi connectivity, keeping you seamlessly connected throughout your stay. Included in the rental are electricity, heating, water, bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels as an initial supply, all cleaning detergents, final cleaning, and the local visitor's tax. Please note that the property is not suitable for small children or persons with walking disabilities due to staircase-only access, and no lift is available.

Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Breakfast is available upon request at the in-house restaurant.
