Entertainment is provided through a 43-inch Smart TV with access to streaming platforms including Netflix, Prime Video, and Google Play. A separate laundry room is also available, containing a washing machine, which was replaced in 2024, 2 drying cabinets, and ironing facilities. Both the ski maintenance room and the laundry room are shared with the occupants of the other apartment within the duplex, and access to these facilities is from outside the main living area. A cot, a high chair, and a potty are additionally available for families with young children, though these items are shared with the neighbouring apartment and can only be guaranteed if they have not been reserved in advance by the neighbouring guests.
