The property sits just 100 metres from the shores of Lake Saimaa, where the water is shallow with a hard sand bottom that deepens gently, making it particularly suitable for families with children. The sauna building is further equipped with electric heating, a television, and a drying cabinet, ensuring a fully self-contained and comfortable retreat separate from the main villa. The sauna loft provides mattress sleeping arrangements for 4 people, and a dining table accommodating up to 12 people makes the space ideal for communal gatherings and shared meals. By separate agreement and prior payment, which must be requested before booking, between 4 and 6 additional beds or mattresses can be made available to accommodate larger groups.
