The cottage accommodates guests across a well-arranged interior that includes a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed and 2 separate bedrooms, each fitted with 3 beds, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for a group. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator featuring a small freezer section, and the overall living space is designed to blend rustic charm with modern convenience. Climate comfort is ensured year-round through an air source heat pump. For guests travelling with electric vehicles, an EV Charging Station is available on site, featuring a Type 2 connector with a charging power of 5.5 kW, bookable and payable at the time of reservation, with the cost of charging electricity settled directly with the owner on site.

The outdoor spaces of this property are a true highlight, inviting guests to fully immerse themselves in the stunning natural surroundings of the Finnish archipelago. A terrace provides a comfortable setting for outdoor relaxation and al fresco dining, complemented by a gas grill and a dedicated patio area, ideal for enjoying warm summer evenings in the open air. The property sits just 30 metres from the water, with direct access to a cliff beach reached via a staircase. The shoreline has been dredged and features a clay bottom, along with a private pier. Guests have access to their own boat, offering the freedom to explore the surrounding waters at leisure. Please note that the rowing boat is raised at the end of October, subject to prevailing weather conditions.

Other Information

The sauna, fitted with a traditional wooden stove and underfloor heating, was fully renovated in 2020 and represents a quintessential element of the Finnish cottage experience. The shower room and toilet also benefit from underfloor heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The property offers excellent fishing opportunities in the surrounding waters, though net fishing is not permitted. Guests are kindly reminded that fish must be cleaned only in the designated areas provided and must not be cleaned inside the cottage or on the terrace. Guests travelling with pets are required to book the additional service labelled "Pet fee" corresponding to the number of pets brought to the property. Final cleaning is included in the booking price and covers basic cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces. However, this service does not include dishwashing, returning tableware and cookware to their original positions, or garbage removal. Guests are responsible for removing empty bottles and cans from the property, returning any moved furniture to its original place, and disposing of all food either by taking it with them or bringing it to the designated waste disposal point. Should additional cleaning beyond the standard scope be required following a stay, the owner reserves the right to apply a supplementary cleaning charge. Regarding arrival and departure times, from summer 2024 onwards, during the months of June, July, and August, check-in begins at 6 p.m. and check-out is by 12 p.m. During all other periods of the year, check-in is from 4 p.m. and check-out is by 12 p.m.
