On the ground floor, the main bedroom features a double bed, while the upper floor offers 2 single beds and a double bed, and the living room provides an additional sofa bed suitable for 2 children. The open-plan living room and kitchen is warmed by an atmospheric fireplace that creates a genuinely cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout the colder months. The villa is further equipped with a wood-heated sauna, a washroom with a shower cabin, a separate toilet, and an entrance hall. An air heat pump with both heating and cooling functions ensures year-round comfort regardless of the season. The property also benefits from a spacious balcony, offering a peaceful vantage point from which to take in the surrounding natural landscape.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces of this lakeside villa are truly exceptional, designed to be enjoyed across all seasons and by guests of every age. A spacious sitting pier extends over the water, providing the perfect spot to relax, fish, or simply admire the stunning westward-facing sunset that illuminates the yard throughout the day. The beach itself is gently deepening with a firm, hard-bottomed shoreline, making it safe and accessible for both adults and children. The beautiful courtyard has been thoughtfully arranged so that adults, children, and pets can all enjoy the surroundings freely and comfortably. For summer use, a separate beach sauna of 8 m², constructed in 2024, is available from the thaw period through to September, specifically from May to September. This standalone structure includes a dressing room and a sauna fitted with a wood stove and a water boiler, with bottled water provided for guest use. Please be aware that the beach sauna has no water supply or electricity. The property also includes a rowing boat available for use on the lake, perfect for fishing excursions or leisurely paddles across the water.

The villa is heated and cooled by an air heat pump, supplementing the warmth of the wood-heated sauna and the living room fireplace for a comfortable stay throughout the year. In winter, the frozen surface of Lake Suur-Juminen transforms into a natural recreational area where guests can enjoy ice skating and cross-country skiing directly from the property. The shed at Lähisaari offers a traditional Finnish experience where sausages can be grilled over an open fire in both winter and summer months.
