The parents bedroom features a box spring bed measuring 180x200 cm, and the children's bedroom offers 3 single beds in sizes 2x 90x190 cm and 1x 90x200 cm. The main bathroom includes a shower, mirror cabinet, lavatory, and hairdryer, while a second bathroom provides an additional toilet with lavatory. A dedicated garage space, the second from the right side, is assigned exclusively to the apartment, and high-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the property. A welcoming lawn in front of the house invites you to enjoy the fresh alpine air, and all utility costs including power, heating, linen, towels, dish towels, toilet paper, soap, waste bags, dish liquid, and a selection of spices are included in your stay.

The apartment operates with seasonal check-in and check-out schedules. During summer, check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. During winter, check-in takes place on Sunday from 17:00 and check-out is by 11:30. A children's highchair, the Tripp Trapp model, is available upon request, as is a baby travel bed. The apartment also benefits from an extended attic space with additional sleeping accommodation available on demand. The washing machine and tumbler are located in the basement, along with a dedicated locker for ski equipment storage. The use of the chimney is strictly forbidden. Guests are reminded that smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Overnight guests in the Lenk-Simmental holiday region are entitled to travel free of charge on public transport throughout the Simmental and Saanenland areas by presenting a valid guest card, as part of the SIMMENTAL CARD benefit included with their stay.

The open kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso), raclette grill, fondue pan, and all other common accessories. The parents' bedroom has a box spring bed (180x200 cm), while the children's bedroom has three single beds (2x 90x190 cm & 1x 90x200 cm). A baby travel bed will be provided upon request. Additionally, the apartment has an extended attic with an additional doss (on demand).
