This villa combines rustic elegance with modern comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups looking to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Finnish lakeland.

The exterior of the villa is one of its most distinctive features, with an extensive covered terrace wrapping around the entire perimeter of the property, providing generous shaded space for outdoor relaxation, dining, and socialising regardless of the weather. A dedicated barbecue hut is also available on the property, offering the perfect setting for al fresco meals and evening gatherings in a sheltered and convivial environment. Please note that a hot tub is present on the grounds; however, it is not in use and will not be made available to guests during their stay.

This property is governed by a strict maximum occupancy policy, with a capacity limit of 8 guests at all times. The villa is not available for rental to groups in which all members are under 25 years of age. Guests are kindly asked to respect this house rule, which is in place to ensure the comfort and integrity of the property for all visitors.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
