- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

A Nice appertment, but misses finishing touch. With some attention, updates on furniture, kitchen supplies and better cleaning we will definitely return to the house because of the wonderful location and great glass veranda.. Now the cleaning was poor. The apartment had a very bad smell on arrival, toilet was really dirty, we will not share the details ???? (we shared with office and waiting for little refund) and bed linen did not suit the beds.
