- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis auf eine Waschmaschine hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Garten wäre bei den hohen Temperaturen ein Wasserschlauch überragend gewesen. Die Umgebung lädt zu tollen Spaziergängen mit dem Hund ein. Bis in das Centrum von Wien benötigten wir mit dem Auto gerade mal 30 Minuten. Wir würden auf jeden fall noch einmal wieder kommen :)

In the garden, a water hose would have been great with the high temperatures. The surrounding area is great for walks with the dog. It took us just 30 minutes by car to get to the centre of Vienna. We would definitely come back again :)
