Small independent, restored barn, a charming accommodation with pool in Tuscany for your vacation, situated in quiet and panoramic location in the country-side surrounding Bibbona, along the Tyrrhenian coastline.
The house is furnished in a simple and comfortable way and can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and its common areas.
Outside, Cuccardino offers a beautiful well maintained garden and a fantastic swimming pool where you can spend the days in the hottest season. Also outside there is a barbecue area equipped to organize outdoor lunches and dinners, enjoying the panoramic view that extends over the surrounding countryside.
From the house you can easily reach the beaches on the Tuscan coast such as Marina di Bibbona and Cecina, the villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci and all the other places of historical, artistic and cultural interest in Tuscany.
At guests’ disposal: private, fenced, furnished garden, private swimming-pool (8 x 4 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) and barbecue. Parking within the grounds.
Distances: Bibbona with all kinds of shops 1 km, Cecina with excellent restaurants 7 km, the small town of Castagneto Carducci approx. 10 km, Livorno 40 km, Volterra 50 km. The nice sandy beaches of Marina di Bibbona are only 5 km away. The charming little town of Bolgheri with its renowned cypress alley is in the property proximity.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wij zijn hier met ons gezin een weekje verbleven. De locatie vonden we super, super mooi gelegen aan de rand van een natuurgebied en op wandelafstand van het dorpje Bibbona. Het huisje zelf is basic, maar charmant. Het was wel heel proper en praktisch ingedeeld, meer heb je niet nodig! Wij hebben ook vooral genoten van de omgeving en het heerlijke zwembad.

We loved the location, beautifully situated on the edge of a nature reserve and within walking distance of the village of Bibbona. The cottage itself is basic but charming. Casa immersa in un paesaggio stupendo, isolata, immersa negli ulivi tra le colline toscane, ottima posizione per mare e per visitare luoghi d'interesse come borghi storici.
Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, 50 euro al giorno per 4 persone.
Piscina ben curata.
Necessiterebbe di qualche lavoro di manutenzione all'interno (bagno e zanzariere).

Das Haus iegt wunderschön etwas außerhalb der Ortschaft.Es hat einen wunderschönen Pool von ca 10 auf 5 Meter.
Das Haus ist zweckäßig eingerichtet.Was wirklich fehlt ist eine Klimaalage.
Für 4 Personen ideal. Man ist dort wirklich für sich und kann wunderbar entspannen.

Pool is nice, garden also.
House cleaning below avarage, shower/ bathroom very small. We had problem with insect (maybe seasonal?), my wife was not impressed by the kitchen gear (cooking pans, etc).Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes
