Arrival after the standard time is possible only upon request, at an extra cost and no later than 10 p.m.

The tourist tax is applicable for the first 6 days of stay (not applicable to children under 15 years)

Final Cleaning (mandatory): 65.00€
Refundable Security Deposit in cash or by credit card (mandatory): 150.00€
Heating: 18.00€ per day
Tourist tax (mandatory): 2.00€ per person per day

On request - Not included in the rental price and to be paid on the spot:
Extra Bed: 100.00€
Babycot: 50.00€
Late Arrival: 25.00€
Washing Machine: 5.00€ per usage

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 61 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 60 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
